For advance reservations canceled within three days prior to check-in, the amount paid as a deposit will be refunded with a 20% deduction to cover financial and tax costs.

 

In case of a no-show or cancellation outside the 3-day window, regardless of the reason, no refund will be issued for the deposit received.

 

For reservations from December 24 to 31, a minimum notice of 30 days is required to cancel your stay with a full refund.
